This website is operated by Dr. A. Maghzi Dentistry Professional Corporation (the “Clinic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), an Ontario dental practice.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the website. If you are using the website on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.
3. Changes to the Terms and the Website
We may update these Terms or any aspect of the website at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without notice.
4. Informational Purpose Only—No Medical or Dental Advice
The content on this website is for general information and educational purposes only. 5. No Dentist–Patient Relationship
Your use of this website, including sending us information through online forms or email, does not create a dentist–patient relationship. A dentist–patient relationship is formed only after you are accepted as a patient by the Clinic and your appointment is confirmed.
6. Appointments, Emergencies, and Response Times
(a) Online appointment requests and emails are reviewed during normal business hours only and are not monitored 24/7.
(b) Do not use online forms or email for emergencies. In a dental emergency, call 911, go to the nearest emergency department, or contact an appropriate emergency dental service.
(c) Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment. Appointments are confirmed only when we contact you to confirm the date and time.
(d) We aim to respond to online inquiries within 2–3 business days”, but we cannot guarantee response times.
7. Permitted Use
You may use the website for lawful, personal, and noncommercial purposes, and in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You must ensure that any information you provide is accurate and not misleading.

11. User Submissions
If you submit information or materials through the website (for example, contact or appointment forms), you grant us a nonexclusive licence to use that information to operate the website and provide services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable health information laws. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal health information via unsecured forms or email.
12. ThirdParty Links and Services
The website may contain links to thirdparty websites or services. These are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for thirdparty content, products, services, or privacy practices. Your use of thirdparty sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all representations, warranties, and conditions, express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, and that the website will be uninterrupted, errorfree, secure, or free of viruses.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will the Clinic, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of use, data, goodwill, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the website will be limited to $100.00 CAD. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; these may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Clinic and its personnel from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website.
16. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and your use of the website are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to conflict of laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Ontario,for all disputes relating to these Terms or the website.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
18. Severability; Entire Agreement; Waiver
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full force. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the website. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
